It is by Pictures by Leigh (and her Dad), and was developed by a game they used to play - called, you guessed it - Scribbles!
In Leigh's words:

We wrote this book to promote family fun!
I've played this game since I was old enough to draw, and it has always been a family favorite.
We made sure that it was easy enough for a beginner to read it, but entertaining enough for an adult to have fun with it too.
It also shows EVERYONE how to "Use Your Eyes to See with Your Mind." (imagination)
The book will also be signed by myself and my father.
