the littlest one

The littlest one in the house wasn't feeling so well last night. What was wrong?? She couldn't rest - she would lie down and then a few minutes later jump up and run to another spot. She shivered a lot. That indicates pain.

She also licked her lips a lot. That means her tummy doesn't feel good.

She looked for grass to eat outside. We live in the desert - not a lot of grass around here.

Her tummy felt tight.

Her nose was cold and wet.

I called puppy urgent care.

We debated.

We waited and watched.



She seemed to get better.

Boo plays

Boo never stops playing. She wants to play with all the much bigger and older doggies here. She is funny and silly and loves me to death, as I love her.

I had a nightmare the other night that we had to move and couldn't take her. It was awful.

Anyway, here's some crummy pictures of my little girl:

She's a peekapoo - 1/2 pekinese and 1/2 poodle. She weighs a little over 7 pounds.

When she is ready for a nap, she comes to find me, and begs to be picked up - then promptly falls asleep in my arms. I need a baby sling for her.

Buster and boo

Did I ever tell you where the name for my new shop

came from? I have four dogs -

Teddy Bear, Sugaree, Buster and Boo. Teddy and Sugar

are cockapoos - cocker spaniel/poodle mixes. Buster is a

mutt - Springer spaniel/ poodle/ whatever. Boo is my puppy

- I got her for my birthday in November. She is little, she's a

peekapoo that we got from a neighbor. She is the sweetest

thing in the world - has no idea that she is littler than the others.

I adore her, it's a bit ridiculous. I promise to work on better

pictures, but here are some for your viewing pleasure.
