Ruth, my mother in law

Ruth passed away yesterday morning. She had battled stage four cancer for two years. We had two wonderful extra years with her.

I woke up this morning crying.

Ruth was a mother to me. My own Mom died 25 years ago. It was like I had become whole again.

And now there is a hole in the world again.

I'm so sorry for your loss. May you be blessed with peace during this time.

My husband's father passed away a few years ago. It is difficult to loose a parent or parent-in-law. You have my sincere sympathies.

Sara, I am so sorry! I didn't know this happened and you had never spoken of her to me so I didn't realize how close you were. I love the name Ruth so much. I know if you loved her that much, then she was wonderful. I am saying a prayer for you during this sad time...thinking of you and your family (how's your husband handling it?) HUGS from TN

Oh dear, I'm so sad for your loss. Mothers are so precious, those we're born with and those who find us in life. How wonderful that you had her! I wish you comfort and strength right now.
