I will gladly trade with you. Hot, humid (terrible for curly hair), hurricanes...I'd love a change. 20 minutes from the beach and I never go.
I'm a mountains girl myself, but I'm lucky in that I live 4 hours from the ocean and 2 from the mountains so I can get a fix either way.
I love the beach here on the Gulf coast ,but it's way too humid and hot for me.
We came from Alberta Canada 3 years ago, Rocky Mountains and praries, now beaches in Florida and who knows where we go next year. :0)
That's the good (and bad) thing about moving around a lot. You are never stuck in a place for ever.
I would not mind going to Alaska..... :0)
