Trades!

I have two teenage boy children. Not so into dolls. I love dolls. And I've always wanted a Waldorf doll. Now, thanks to Gopita, I have one.

She has a beautiful daughter, and wanted a knitted sweater for her daughter for the holidays. She chose a beautiful bamboo yarn - here is what I knitted for her.

But! LOOK at what I got in return!!!!! I'm in love with Josephine!

There are quite a few absolutely wonderful doll-makers on Etsy. I encourage you to check them out - just go to http://etsy.com and search for Waldorf Dolls. Or stop by Josephine's wonderful maker - http://gopita.etsy.com.

With thanks to Gopi!!!

I'm so glad you stopped by my blog! Isn't Mt Hood beautiful?

I LOVE your sweater and the color you chose to make it with. My grandma knit most of my sweaters when I was growing up. Even though she's been gone for 15 years, I still have all of the sweaters she created for myself and my kiddos. It is sweet memories when I look at them -- and I can still wear a few of the hoodies!

Have a wonderful week~

The sweater is beautiful, you did a great job on it!
I also love Josephine, that is my daughter's name, so of course I love her name!

She's gorgeous! I have 3 grown boys, who at one time did love dolls...even have a few favorites stashed away for future children!...but since I love dolls my mantra is "you are Never too old for dolls!" And the sweater is so lovely, marvelous trade!
